Corona protocol museum

We have drawn up a protocol so that we and the visitors can comply with the guidelines of the government.

Visit the museum

  • The museum can accommodate a maximum of 25 visitors at the same time (13 visitors downstairs and 12 visitors upstairs). To visit the museum you can reserve a time block of 1.5 hours:
    • 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
    • 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
    • 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
    • 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
  • You can reserve by telephone or  e-mail for a time block. This is possible up to 4 hours before the start of a time block. You can also buy a ticket at the counter to visit the museum, within one of the time blocks.
  • We ask you to be present a maximum of 15 minutes in advance to avoid queues.
  • In the museum, a (logical) walking route is made with lines, whereby the 1.5 meter distance can be realized as much as possible.
  • If possible, come with your own transport and not with public transport.
  • Group tours are unfortunately not yet possible.

Museum shop & terrace

  • In the museum shop, lines are marked on the ground at a distance of 1.5 meters.
  • The counter and cash registers are covered with plexiglass screens.
  • Staff and volunteers ensure that there are not too many visitors in the store at the same time. You may be asked to wait a while.
  • Only touch the things you intend to buy.
  • In the coffee bar and on the terrace, the tables and chairs are placed at 1.5 meters. We ask you not to move it.
  • Your order will be taken and served at an appropriate distance at the table.

Hygiene measures

We maintain the following hygiene measures:

  • We ask you to pay with your debit card as much as possible. Cash payment is still possible.
  • At the entrance and exit of the museum we ask you to disinfect your hands. Disinfectant hand gel is also present in other places.
  • We can deny you access if you have corona-disease symptoms such as a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath.
  • We ask you to follow the instructions of the staff.
